For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be issued through:

If the return is due to:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product ordered by customer
  • Personal preference

→ Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Shipping charges paid during the original purchase may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.


8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible and the return process will apply instead.

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:
